MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD

Meeting was called to order by Chairman, James Deming, at 7:02
Old Business:
Minutes of meeting of February 25, 2008 were approved as written.
The revised Applicants Guide to the Planning and Permitting Process was reviewed and minor correction noted.
New Business:
Jeffery. LaCasse has been appointed to the Planning Board to fill the vacancy occurred by the resignation of James Joyce.
Hattie Harbour and Billy Jo White (home phone number 258-4045) requested Site Plan Approval for the construction of a house at 770 Colebrook River Road, Map 410, Lot 11.1. Since all set backs will be met, the plan was approved unanimously.
Robert Guyette of 148 South Village Road, Map 119, Lot 36, requested Site Plan Approval for the installation of a pre-built 16 x 12 foot shed. As all setback will be met, the plan was approved unanimously.
Wilber Hebebrand of 230 Copper Hill Road, West Suffield, CT requested Site Plan Approval for a Approval Not Required (ANR) Subdivision of a 13.22 acre parcel, identified as Map 413, Lot 4, located at 335 West Granville Road.
One lot will consist of 6.17 acres with 337 foot frontage on West Granville Road and 133 foot frontage on School House Road.
The second lot will have 7.05 acres with 875 foot frontage on School House Road.
As all dimensional requirements will be met for the two lots, Site Plan approval was granted unanimously.
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:47.
